About Megan

Megan Bailey has worked with hundreds of people to help them reach their fitness and nutrition goals. She strives to share her passion of health and wellness with others, so they can live their lives to their full potential.

Megan grew up in Richmond, VA and now lives in Orange County, CA where she loves spending time with her husband and her two cats. The beautiful weather of Southern California allows her to enjoy the outdoors hiking, running, or just kicking around a soccer ball. Though, she likes to go back east to visit her family frequently and enjoy the change of weather of the east coast. The snow and changing leaves are the two things that are hard to find in Orange County.

Megan’s passion is helping other people reach their health and fitness goals. An accomplishment for her clients is an accomplishment for her.

Her athletic background includes 12 years of competing in Springboard Diving, Running Division 1 Cross-Country in college, and Marathon running. She hopes to share her passion for sports and help people find a form of exercise they enjoy.

Megan studied Health and Exercise Science in college and has received numerous certifications since then including personal training, weight management, nutrition, CPR, and several more.

Her current clients include runners, weight loss, and clients interested in making a lifestyle change. Megan has helped clients lose over 50lbs, run their first race, and come off of blood pressure medication. She looks forward to helping each person that she comes into contact with.

COACH ALI

Ali is a new addition to Healthy Figures and is a great asset. We look forward to having her touch many lives.

     Ali Massetti offers individual wellness coaching to people of all ages and fitness levels! The focus of this wellness program is to establish a mode of interaction and communication that will best meet the needs of the client. You and Coach Ali may correspond via email, over the phone or in person. It will be up to the client to decide what best fits their lifestyle. Ali is committed and passionate about helping other reach their health goals without having them go on a diet or do things that they do not find enjoyable. Ali's hopes are to guide her clients through a steady process where they can enjoy every moment of seeing their lifestyles change over time. Whether you have never exercised a day in your life or have completed the Iron Man Triathalon, this program has the support that you need to be well for a life time.
     Ali holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nutrition from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where she ran Track and Cross-Country. She then went on to coach high school cross-country which then led to a Health Coach position where she was able to support clients in their weight loss and wellness goals. Other clients were those attempting to quit smoking along with coaching the childhood and teen populations and their families. In this area is where her passion is deeply rooted. Working with groups or individuals to help them see and reach their best quality of life. Encouraging clients through their journey is what ultimately motivates Ali to continue in this field for a lifetime!
