When you first decide that you want to start a running program, it can be scary. A little bit of fear might pop in or you may experience new aches in your muscles. Don't worry, this is normal. The good news is that all of this goes away quickly. Running is a form of exercise that you see results and improvement quickly. I think that our bodies were meant for running.

That being said, it is always helpful to have a coach who has experience when you are doing anything new. I have created a program that can help you go from not running at all to accomplishing your dreams of running any race.

The program can be done over the phone or in person. We will cover anything from injury prevention to proper nutrition. The training will be customized to your level and your needs. You can pick the race and your goal and I will help you to achieve that goal.
