Posted April 13, 2007 by Megan Bailey

Just wanted to remind all Disneyland Runners that next week is going to be an exciting week! We have "A Snail's Pace" coming to give us a seminar on proper running shoes and equipment. It should be great! I wouldn't miss it. So, the schedule for next week is a team run at Serrano Creek Park at 9:00am on Tuesday and then Friday There will be a team run at 7:30am followed by "A Snails Pace" coming at 9:00. Have a great weekend and don't forget to drink your water, stretch, and get in a 30 minute walk/run. I am proud of all of you!
