       Hello Team! Just a reminder to make sure that you drink extra water this week. It is a hot one and you will feel better if you stay hydrated. Everyone is up to running around one mile now. Everyone can finish about 4 miles in one hour with a combination of running and walking. I am so proud of all of you. There are a few runners that can do 4-6 miles and are charging ahead. Keep up the great work.
